This is a field for the manager's name of the mailbox owner.

If you want to use this attribute, you will have to enter a complete LDAP pathname of the regading mailbox object for the manager. When the manager attribute is configured, with another mailbox object, then this mailbox object has to be filled up with the first mailbox pathname at the attribute Reports as a subordinate.
