This is a list of subordinates of the mailbox owner.

This attribute is an array of strings. If you want to write a value to this array, it has to be a complete distinguished name of the regarding object. In this case, the mailbox object where the "Reports" attribute is changed has to be inserted in the other mailbox in the manager manager as chief.
