This is the exchange alias of the mailbox owner.

The alias name has to be unique in the entire Exchange organisation. When a mailbox is created, the alias is composed of the given name and the surname. the rules for this naming composition can be specified in the Exchange 5.5 admin tool under "Tools -> Options".
